Selecting a plan expresses your interest; account creation does not charge you or activate a subscription. Paid plans renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal at the paid-period boundary, then the account continues on Free. Review the exact terms and tax at checkout.
Subscription billing is separate from referral-level funding. Opportunity Credits are service capacity, not money, a Funding Reserve or withdrawable value.
A trial that ends gently
If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of your 30-day Starter trial, your account automatically continues on SmartVest Free. Your history remains available.
Clear monthly capacity
One credit covers one legitimate active commercial opportunity, even when it has several meetings. Servicing an existing product or continuing the same opportunity uses no new credit. Monthly plan credits reset without rollover; the Starter trial has one allowance for its full 30 days. Credits are service entitlements, not money, stored value, or a guarantee of a sale.
Secure paid activation
Paid subscriptions use Stripe-hosted checkout. SmartVest does not collect raw card details. You can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Stripe.

Referral availability
Opportunity Credit capacity applies to eligible commercial opportunities; it is not a count of every referral received or meeting held. Pending opportunities can reserve capacity before becoming active. SmartVest does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, meetings, conversions, sales or revenue. Availability depends on client demand, eligibility, matching and other applicable SmartVest criteria.
