Paid Referral Financial Terms

Terms for any future approved paid client-referral program. All such financial execution is currently disabled.
1. Dormant status and scope
These terms govern only future approved paid client-referral programs. Paid ReferralPrograms, funding, transfers, and Live execution are currently disabled. A referral, account, or meeting does not create a reward.
2. Versioned eligibility
A reward can arise only under the exact active program, category, professional, version, effective period, fixed components, qualification rules, conversion window, evidence rules, holds, and recovery terms presented and affirmatively accepted. Regulated categories require separate approval.
3. Individually funded obligations
The participating professional/business funds each accepted obligation separately through Stripe. SmartVest does not pool the money, offer escrow, accept deposits, or guarantee payout. A transfer remains subject to funding finality, qualification, verification, Connect eligibility, disputes, reversals, recovery status, and legal holds.
4. Reward components
Qualified reward, conversion reward, and any guaranteed promotional bonus are distinct fixed components. An optional appreciation bonus is discretionary unless validly awarded. No component is earned merely because an introduction or meeting occurred.
5. Qualified reward finality
Once a legitimate Qualified Reward is earned and cleared through the applicable integrity controls, ordinary later cancellation of the underlying client product does not normally reverse it. Confirmed fraud, collusion, a fake or duplicate client, identity abuse, duplicate payment, system/payment error, or an invalid original qualification may still require review under the locked terms.
6. Refunds, reversals, and recovery
Stripe disputes and refunds are distinct from an underlying Product Chargeback. Applicable locked program/product rules may block, reverse, or recover specified components after evidence review and challenge rights. No bank or card is automatically debited for Product Chargeback recovery.
7. Tax, disclosure, and contact
