Business Chargeback Risk Disclosure

1. Business acknowledgement

Before a business/professional funds a paid client-referral obligation or attaches a sold-product rule, it must acknowledge the exact program and product-rule versions, the reward components, funding amount, Stripe processing risk, Product Chargeback recovery method, challenge process, and possible future-reward offset.

2. Distinct risks

• A Stripe refund or dispute may reverse or delay funds independently of a Product Chargeback.
• An underlying provider/Product Chargeback may create recovery only under the locked product rule.
• SMARTVEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE PRODUCT CHARGEBACK RECOVERY.
• SmartVest does not guarantee a client conversion, payment finality, transfer timing, tax treatment, or recovery from another participant.
• The business remains responsible for accurate product, contract, refund, dispute, and chargeback information.

3. No pooled escrow or automatic activation

Funding is linked to one referral obligation. SmartVest does not operate pooled escrow or a deposit account. Accepting this disclosure does not activate Stripe, a program, or any transfer.
